Happy to share a yoga sequence that I incorporate in my practice in the morning.
If you don't have enough time in the morning for a full practice, I recommend you do 4-6 rounds of the Sun Salutation sequence. Consistency is key! A short 10-20 minute daily practice is better than nothing at all.
The magic of Sun Salutation is that it lengthen & tone your muscles, increases your energy, and creates a feeling of calm to kickstart your day.
